Nutrisi Tambahan Untuk Ibu Hamil

Hmm ... karena istri saya hamil sekarang, saya ingin berbagi beberapa artikel tentang makanan sehat untuk wanita hamil. yang paling mudah didapat untuk meningkatkan nutrisi pada ibu hamil adalah buah dan sayuran. Seperti apel, jeruk, anggur, tomat, brokoli, wortel, bayam dan lainnya. Ibu harus mengkonsumsi makanan harus mengandung kalsium, protein, vitamin C, serat, karbohidrat, vitamin A, asam folat, dan zat besi. Hindari banyak mengemil makanan yang tidak sehat (junk food) karena akan membuat berat badan ibu selama kehamilan meningkat banyak, sehingga akan sulit menurunkannya setelah melahirkan. Anda mulai makan makanan sehat dari sekarang selain bermanfaat bagi ibu juga sangat membantu pertumbuhan janin ibu. Makanan sehat untuk ibu hamil saya pikir sangat mudah untuk mendapatkan.

Berikut adalah nutrisi yang dibutuhkan selama kehamilan serta makanan yang mengandung sumber nutrisi.

* Folic Acid

Asam folat sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan otak dan sumsum tulang belakang dan mencegah gangguan seperti spina bifida, kelainan di sumsum tulang belakang karena sebagian tidak sepenuhnya terbentuk. Asam folat diperoleh dari jeruk, anggur, strawberry, peach, tanggal, kismis, aprikot, bayam dan brokoli.

* Vitamin C

Vitamin C memainkan peran dalam penyerapan zat besi, kesehatan tulang dan gigi, dan mendukung pembentukan kolagen, suatu protein yang memberikan struktur pada tulang, otot, kulit, tulang rawan, dan pembuluh darah. Vitamin C yang terkandung dalam jeruk, apel, anggur, peach, stroberi, melon, jambu biji, Lychee, kiwi, brokoli, pepaya, dan nanas.

* Vitamin A

Vitamin A membantu sel reproduksi, dukungan pertumbuhan tulang dan penglihatan, membantu sistem kekebalan tubuh dan hormon yang diperlukan dalam beberapa produksi. Vitamin A dapat diperoleh dari konsumsi anggur, pepaya, jambu biji, mangga, tomat, semangka, brokoli, wortel, dan bayam.

* Vitamin B Complex

Vitamin B kompleks termasuk vitamin B1 (tiamin), vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niasin), vitamin B5 (asam pantothenic), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), vitamin B7 (biotin), vitamin B9 (asam folat) dan vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Vitamin B kompleks diperlukan dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dan metabolisme. Vitamin B kompleks yang terkandung dalam sayuran berwarna hijau gelap seperti bayam, daun pepaya, daun katuk, pisang, dan keluarga berry.

* Zinc

Seng dibutuhkan dalam pertumbuhan dan replikasi sel. Zinc yang terkandung dalam alpukat, rebung, kacang polong, kentang, dan asparagus.

* Calcium

Kalsium mengatur lalu lintas nutrisi melalui dinding sel dan menghilangkan insomnia yang biasanya terjadi pada wanita hamil. Kalsium yang diperoleh dari jeruk, pir, delima, seledri, dan tanggal.
